Water, Sewer, and Garbage are paid to The Grand on Broadway at $70/month. Electricity is metered separately from Tacoma Public Utilities.

We accept cats and dogs. Maximum two pets per apartment. $500 non-refundable pet fee is required. No breed or size restrictions.

The application fee is $45 and deposit is $500 ($250 refundable and $250 non-refundable).
